When I hear the term rom-com, I automatically think of the perfect exaggerated meet-cute. A couple usually find each other under extremely over the top circumstances and fall in love in under five days and live happily ever after. Well, what if you had a hand in choosing how the movie plays out?

Choose Love is Netflix’s first interactive rom-com. The film, directed by Stuart McDonald (A Perfect Pairing, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend) and written by Josann McGibbon (Runaway Bride, Descendants), follows the life of Cami and viewers get to pick who she ends up with!

Alongside “Netflix’s other interactive titles, Black Mirror, Bandersnatch, Cat Burglar, Headspace: Unwind Your Mind, and Trivia Quest – [Choose Love] centers around Cami, a recording engineer who seems to have everything: a dream job, a steady boyfriend, and a bright future. But things have turned out a bit different than she planned. Cami Conway is played by Laura Marano, Scott Michael Foster is Paul, Cami’s boyfriend. Rex Galier, a British rock star is played by Avan Jogia and Jordi Webber plays Jack Menna, Cami’s first love.
