I’m only one of many who feel as though they grew up with the actors as we watched them in the eight films. When I watched the Harry Potter 20th anniversary special it was like catching up with old friends at a reunion. It really was magical.

I’ve noticed I use the word, magical a lot to describe quite fantastic things, but this time, it embodies everything I think about when I hear the name, Harry Potter.

I have to admit that I’ve seen all of the movies, but I’ve only read up to the fifth book, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. And after watching Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses, I feel quite inadequate in my Harry Potter knowledge! (I took the official Sorting Hat quiz and found out that I’m a Ravenclaw so I’ll have to study up on my house!)

Reliving the moments in the 20th anniversary and hearing about them from the cast was a special way to celebrate 20 years. I can’t believe it’s been that long!
